Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvements.
• Address guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy and thank approach.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and courteously.
• Direct and conduct regular training with team members.
• Provide regular feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-train team members and develop new skills.
• Maintain a positive work environment and recognize performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee budgets and adjust as needed.
• Maintain restaurant inventory and equipment upkeep.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
