The GM will oversee all business activities, manage budgets, control labor costs, train and develop the team, ensure policy compliance, and drive exceptional guest experiences at this location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successful completion of all training and passing tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolves guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides feedback and coaches employees for improvement.
• Cross-trains staff and develops new skills.
• Maintains a positive work environment and rewards performance.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintains inventory and conducts routine maintenance of equipment.
