Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single location with a focus on high-quality, value-oriented dining, friendly service, and a clean, safe environment. The role oversees business activities, drives sales, controls expenses, and cultivates a growth-minded team culture.

The RGM will directly supervise an Assistant RGM and/or Shift Leader, manage guest relations, and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Must have 1 year of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations. Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves all guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback to all team members and identifies areas for improvement.
• Works with direct reports to cross-train and develop new skills.
• Creates a positive work environment with recognition for performance.
• Maintains compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manages budgets and labor costs; maintains inventory and equipment upkeep.
• Prepares and analyzes operation reports.
