Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a single-location operation. The role focuses on delivering a high quality, value-oriented dining experience through friendly, fast, accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

The GM is responsible for achieving sales, controlling expenses, training staff, and maintaining compliance with all laws and company policies. Strong leadership and guest-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
Communicates with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvements.
Assists and resolves guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly and courteously.
Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
Provides regular feedback to all team members and identifies areas for improvement.
Cross-trains team members and develops new skills.
Maintains a positive work environment and rewards performance.
Ensures compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
Prepares and analyzes operation reports.
