Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for one location. You will lead operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in a clean, safe environment.

You will oversee daily restaurant activities, monitor sales and expenses, enforce policies, train staff, and drive improvements in service quality, food safety, and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Must have 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and pass all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates and follows up with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves all guest complaints using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback to team members and identifies areas for improvement.
• Oversees cross-training and development of new skills among staff.
• Maintains a positive work environment where performance is rewarded and teams have fun.
• Maintains compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintains restaurant inventory and ensures accessibility and organization.
• Responsible for routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Prepares and analyzes operation reports.
