Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a single location, ensuring a high-quality, value-driven dining experience. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales, labor control, and a safe, clean environment while coaching a team to perform at their best.

The role oversees daily operations, budgets, and compliance with company policies, with direct reports like an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years supervisory experience in restaurant dining.
Must complete training and pass applicable tests.
Available to work 50–55 hours weekly, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Create an in-store service environment exceeding guest expectations for friendly, quick, and accurate service.
Communicate and follow up with guests to obtain feedback and identify improvements.
Resolve guest complaints using listen–apologize–satisfy–thank approach.
Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally.
Direct and conduct regular team training; provide feedback and development guidance.
Collaborate with reports to cross-train and grow skill sets; maintain a positive workplace.
Monitor budgets and adjust operations to stay within financial targets; enforce policies.
