Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a Hardee’s location in Kentucky. You will lead the restaurant team, drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality and safety, and focus on profitability while maintaining company standards.

You will train and develop staff, manage scheduling and labor costs, and uphold safety and sanitation policies. A strong, hands-on leadership style and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with delegation.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train the management team and crew using current training system.
• Evaluate performance and design development plans for employees.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with staff and management.
• Conduct crew and management meetings as needed to discuss procedures and safety.
• Maintain inventory and cash controls per company standards.
