Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and assist in achieving sales growth.
• Interview and hire qualified staff and schedule to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and maintain product quality.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Ensure adherence to cash procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain inventory and records per company standards.
