Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Kentucky invites experienced Restaurant Managers to join our Hardee's team. Lead and develop crew, schedule staff, and manage costs while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards. You’ll work hands-on with the team to resolve guest concerns and drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.
• Maintain cash procedures and reports in line with company policy.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security policies are followed.
