Responsibilities include leading front-counter service, coaching staff, scheduling, payroll, and maintaining health and safety standards. Strong leadership, communication, and Serv Safe certification are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• University degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and greet customers.
• Train and coach employees to deliver courteous service and handle complaints.
• Lead team meetings to plan and review operations and policies.
• Monitor sales and labor costs; utilize local store marketing strategies.
• Manage cash handling and deposits; maintain proper bank procedures.
• Ensure safety, health, and cleanliness standards and proper uniform compliance.
