Qualifications

• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensures cost categories (food, labor, cash) are controlled to guidelines and budget.
• Drives sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Performs crew, shift manager, and assistant GM performance appraisals.
• Conducts hiring for crew, shift leaders, and AGMs.
• Coaches and trains team to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and follows sanitation guidelines.
• Complies with all laws related to employment.
• Keeps restaurant environment safe and reports needed repairs.
• Ensures preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to encourage repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach through daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective selection and training.
