Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant in line with company practices. The role emphasizes cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, sales growth and employee development.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, develop labor schedules, review financials, ensure health compliance, and drive sales while upholding Taco Bell procedures and image standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and Serv Safe Certified.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees to provide courteous service.
• Develop labor schedules and adjust for sales volume.
• Monitor costs, inventories and profits; manage P&L.
• Ensure food safety and health department standards.
• Conduct meetings and performance reviews with staff.
• Process payroll and maintain personnel files.
