Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct team meetings for planning, training, and policy reviews.
• Develops and maintains sales; utilize local store marketing strategies.
• Monitor costs, analyze profits and losses, and control inventory and supplies.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust staffing to match sales.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits per company procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a professional restaurant image.
• Perform administrative tasks and payroll processing as required.
