Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant in line with Taco Bell Corporation practices and company standards. You will drive cost control, customer service, appearance, sales growth, profitability, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Must be 18 years of age and have basic math and computer skills.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Plan and review operations with the team and enforce policies.
• Develop sales through local store marketing.
• Monitor costs and inventory, analyze P&L statements and take corrective action.
• Develop and post labor schedules and adjust for volume.
