Bob Evans Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and growth. You will supervise staff, develop talent, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong leadership background in family or casual dining, a High School diploma or equivalent, and preferably college or culinary schooling.

• Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train employees; plan, assign and direct work.
• Drive sales and profitability; uphold company policies and standards.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost controls across all areas.
• Manage budget, inventory, and labor costs; ensure P&L integrity.
