Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• 4–6 years in a family, fast-food or casual dining setting preferred.
• College or culinary schooling is a plus.
• Alcohol service requirements per state for manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire and train staff.
• Plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance.
• Build sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Coach and mentor team for guest satisfaction.
• Maintain safe operations per OSHA and local codes.
• Monitor labor and food costs using scheduling tools.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper cash handling.
