Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and proactively manage both front- and back-of-house teams. Ideal candidates have demonstrated restaurant leadership and a passion for growing the business.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience, plus a Manager Food Handler Certification.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance.
• Set and communicate job expectations; monitor performance and compensation actions; enforce policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational and HR issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to meet standards.
• Track inventory and maintain records.
• Resolve food-prep issues and handle customer service with courtesy to foster repeat visits.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and adhere to health regulations; manage safety procedures.
