Job summary

Wingstop seeks a General Manager to partner with the District Manager and oversee daily store operations. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams, recruit and train staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational results.

You will monitor performance, manage schedules, inventory and health/safety standards while maintaining a high-quality guest experience and a strong restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant settings.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage staff, schedules, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in coordination with the District Manager.
• Recruit, train, schedule and coach team members; enforce policies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, inspections, and adherence to health standards.
• Lead front- and back-of-house teams to drive results.
