Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant, driving sales, profits, and people development. You will hire, train, and develop team members, uphold Wingstop culture, and ensure a flavorful guest experience with strong operations and hygiene standards.

The GM will oversee staffing, performance coaching, scheduling, and day-to-day restaurant management, aiming to deliver exceptional service and results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Must complete GM training and ServSafe certification within three months.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach and discipline staff; manage performance with HR involvement.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Conduct regular inspections; manage inventory and records.
