Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to drive day-to-day store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and lead front- and back-of-house teams. The role emphasizes strong leadership, people development and operational results in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing the business, and can manage schedules, performance, and safety and sanitation standards to maintain

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, schedule and manage front- and back-of-house team in partnership with District Manager and HR.
• Coach and discipline staff; monitor performance and administer policies.
• Ensure sanitation standards, safety procedures and health regulations are followed.
• Oversee daily store operations and strive for exceptional customer service and operational results.
