The Maintenance Person supports daily operations, performs routine tasks, and assists with special projects as needed to maintain efficiency and safety across all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and perform routine maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining area, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment such as grills, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage machines.
• Follow safety guidelines, use chemicals properly, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness, manage lighting and signage, and support operations with special tasks.
• Assist management with projects and ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
