Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant facility and equipment clean, safe, and functional, supporting daily operations and ensuring the dining area meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

You will perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, follow safety guidelines, assist with exterior upkeep, and support operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain interior and exterior areas including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, and parking lot; perform routine cleaning.
• Equipment Care and Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and perform cleaning and maintenance on grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage machines; report issues promptly.
