Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and complete routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage snow/ice removal when required.
• Assist restaurant management with special projects and other operational needs.
