McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold the restaurant’s cleanliness and reliable operation. You will perform interior and exterior upkeep, assist with equipment care, and support daily restaurant activities to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role requires basic mechanical skills, the ability to follow safety guidelines, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, HVAC, refrigeration, beverage machines).
• Follow procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment and report issues promptly.
• Ensure walkways, entrances, and work areas are free of hazards and conform to safety standards.
• Assist management with special projects and other operational needs.
