Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining area, restrooms, kitchen, storage, parking lot, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and related systems.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, lockout procedures, ladder safety, and PPE; ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Keep walkways and work areas free of hazards; assist with grounds upkeep and exterior lighting.
• Support operations by assisting management with special projects and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for peak times.
