Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Custodial person to uphold cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the restaurant facility and equipment. You will service interior and exterior areas, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, parking lot, and landscaping, ensuring standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, preventative maintenance on grills, HVAC, refrigeration, and beverage machines, and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, parking lot, and landscaping.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE.
• Support restaurant management with special projects and deliveries.
