Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee to help lead a team and deliver great guest experiences. You will support the Restaurant Manager in training, coaching, and achieving daily goals while ensuring brand standards.

In a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you’ll supervise shift leaders and crew, manage operations, and contribute to top-line sales through excellent service and compliance with all safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Strong math and financial management skills for cost controls and reporting.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive team environment by coaching and directing Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Help achieve guest satisfaction and top-line sales through adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor operations to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness meet company standards.
