Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a dedicated team. The role focuses on floor operations, training programs, and ensuring a guest-first culture while driving profitability for a single Dunkin-Dunkin franchise location.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to brand standards, guest satisfaction, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
