Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, certify staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and address guest feedback.
• Assist with budgeting, labor scheduling and inventory management.
• Support RM in supplier orders and vendor management.
