Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a high-performing team, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving profitable top-line sales in a fast-paced Dunkin’ Donuts franchise environment.

You’ll help coach Crew Members and Shift Leaders, promote brand standards, and manage labor and costs to meet targets while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• English communication required; both verbal and written.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment with coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of crew and shift leaders.
• Support cross training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities.
