Job summary

Burger King in Chicago is seeking a motivated team member to grow into a supervisory role. You will lead frontline teams, ensure great guest service, and help manage schedules, training, and daily financials.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in line with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach team leaders to prioritize guests and operations.
• Create memorable guest experiences and maintain service quality.
• Manage scheduling, training, and daily numbers with HACCP logs.
• Monitor speed of service and cleanliness; control costs.
• Review inventory and orders to meet QSC standards.
• Onboard and train new team members and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with GM to implement action plans for improvements.
