Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate
• Reviews inventory to inform product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedules and on-boards new team members
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments
