Job summary

Burger King in Chicago, IL is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach crew, monitor operations, manage schedules and ensure quality and safety standards.

Partner with the General Manager to drive performance, conduct shift huddles, train new team members and resolve guest issues promptly while controlling costs and maintaining a welcoming, clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.
