Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders by putting your people and restaurant first
• Create memorable experiences by delivering service guests want to repeat
• Maintain balance between high-quality guest experience and financial goals
• Welcome new team members and provide training
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members
• Build the capability of shift supervisors for their next level
• Monitor guest metrics and schedule to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Review daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs
• Review inventory and place product orders
• Evaluate and implement cost controls
• Monitor people charts and production planning
• Create and monitor schedules and onboard new hires
