Burger King seeks an experienced supervisor to join our Chicago team at 6261 N Lincoln Ave. You will lead and train crew, manage daily operations, and uphold guest experience while meeting financial goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, excellent guest service skills, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including weekends and holidays. This role offers growth within a growing Burger King franchise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Able to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make tough decisions.
• Able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new team members with training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Coach shift supervisors for growth.

• Ensure restaurant is clean and welcoming; maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Review schedules and inventory to meet QSC.
