Job summary

Burger King in Chicago, IL is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, develop Servant Leaders, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will train new team members, coach shift leaders, monitor service speed, uphold QA standards, and collaborate with the GM to drive guest metrics while ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming surroundings.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC is met.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedules and oversees onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
