Job summary

Burger King is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead daily operations at our Chicago location. You will develop leaders, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage schedules and training to meet financial goals.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership and put people first.

• Onboard and train new team members.
• Lead team huddles and coaching sessions.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Build shift supervisor capability for next levels.
• Monitor guest service speed and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Manage cash handling and HACCP logs accurately.
• Plan inventory and cost controls.
• Adjust staffing and production plans as needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and performance feedback.
