Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Resolve issues per Burger King standards.
• Motivate and resolve employee conflicts; make tough decisions.
• Available to work all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leaders and put people first.
• Create memorable guest experiences and service, fast turnaround.
• Balance employee needs with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
• Build capability of shift supervisors for advancement.
• Recognize and celebrate team successes regularly.
• Coach service behaviors with training, observation, feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming, clean and safe.
• Ensure quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure accurate daily numbers, cash handling, HACCP logs.
• Review inventory and create product orders efficiently.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor staffing charts and production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new hires.
• Address employee needs via action plans and assessments.
