Job summary

Burger King in Highland, Indiana, is seeking a hands-on team leader to help drive guest satisfaction and store performance. You will supervise, coach and onboard new team members, while maintaining Food Safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding process for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
