Qualifications

• Monitor Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Keep the restaurant welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operation standards are met.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to improve guest metrics.
• Review sales and scheduling to maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
