Job summary

Burger King in Cedar Lake, Indiana is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver excellent guest service. You will train new hires, manage schedules, monitor daily operations, and uphold food quality and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers and cash handling
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedules and on-boards new team members
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and Operational Assessments
