Job summary

Burger King is seeking a restaurant supervisor in Illinois to lead a fast-paced team and ensure top guest service. You will train staff, manage daily operations, and implement cost controls while upholding Burger King standards.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach team members, monitor service speed, and maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment. This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and flexibility for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness).
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and manages onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
