AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will hire, train, coach the team; manage cash and inventory; and drive service, operations, and financial results while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the team to provide outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
