Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience. You will set the tone, uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support your crew daily.

As Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and financial results while leveraging AES systems and controls.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
