Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will work with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate excels in leadership, coaching, and maintaining operational controls, including cash handling and inventory management, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
