Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team toward a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support daily operations. You will lead by example and ensure standards are met across all shifts.

You will hire, train, coach staff, manage cash and inventory controls, and drive service, operational, and financial goals. This role emphasizes leadership, resilience, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
