Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and deliver a positive guest experience, while upholding high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will support the General Manager and help set the tone for the operation.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, use AES Systems daily, and manage cash and inventory. Drive service, operations, and financial results with integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
