Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the team in delivering the highest quality guest experience. You will set the tone, uphold standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensure the crew performs at peak levels across shifts.

You will guide operations, manage costs, and drive guest satisfaction, with focus on coaching staff, controlling cash and inventory, and achieving service and financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team to deliver a positive guest experience.
• Hire, train and coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run the restaurant effectively.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
