Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead the FOH & BOH teams, recruit, train, and ensure excellence in service, food quality, and safety.

You will supervise SOP adherence, manage inventories, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining cost controls and a high-performance culture. This role offers career growth within a respected brand.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related food service management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule; occasional travel for meetings or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH & BOH Team Members and supervise training.
• Ensure SOPs are followed for consistent quality and food safety.
• Maintain staffing, inventory, and scheduling to meet restaurant goals.
• Manage labor and food cost controls to support profitability.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, customer-focused environment.
