Habit Burger & Grill in Fullerton, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, oversee team performances, and uphold company standards for safety and quality.

You’ll recruit and train FOH & BOH staff, manage schedules and budgets, and push for sales growth while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting dining environment. A strong leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in food-service management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food safety certification (ServSafe/ Manager) required
• Flexible full-time schedule, willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding FOH & BOH team members
• Supervise training and development of team members
